Frequently asked questions
Quick answers.
Can I use a shortened YouTube share link?
Yes, paste the individual video's youtu.be link or its youtube.com watch-page URL. The video must be publicly available, and source restrictions may still prevent fetching it.
Can I choose MP3 or M4A for a YouTube video?
MP3 and M4A options appear when an audio source is available for the link. Fetch the video to see the options offered and select Download for an audio format. After Processing, the site attempts the browser download automatically.
Why is my preferred YouTube resolution missing?
Available resolutions depend on the source video and service limits. The tool can only offer the formats it can fetch for that link; it cannot add detail beyond the source quality.
Does this downloader create a higher quality than the source?
No. The video list reflects available source formats. Missing HD, 2K or 4K cannot be recovered by changing the label, and the service does not upscale a lower-resolution upload. Sizes marked Estimated can change after processing.
